Karl F. Buhl

Karl started his career in the advertising agency business in Chicago with Leo Burnett USA; and Needham, Harper & Steers-working on national accounts such as General Mills, Pillsbury, Wrigley, and McDonalds.

In the 80s he moved to Seattle, where he ultimately started his own consulting business. This led to a consulting engagement with Microsoft, which he subsequently joined at the executive level. At Microsoft he led teams in corporate communications, advanced technology, Internet tools, and at MSN. During his tenure at Microsoft he also had the opportunity to work directly with Bill Gates.

Warren Berckmann

Warren began his career in the Great Lakes region in Marketing with Armstrong International and later in Information technology in the areas of manufacturing and logistics.. Broadening his reach, he held the position for seven years as a public information officer working with the legislature and media and teaching communications at a nearby university.

He held positions of progressively increasing management responsibility, culminating most recently as the CEO of a $40 million organization in Sacramento California.

Prior to joining Navocate, he began his own consulting business helping companies in transition to include strategic planning, process improvement and project management

Warren has done business in North and Central America and Europe and speaks French fluently. His most recent assignment was helping an organization in Guatemala with strategic planning.

Ed Westbury

Ed worked in advertising agencies in Chicago, Dallas, and Oklahoma City serving accounts such as American Dental Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cellular One, Coca Cola, Frito-Lay Doritos, Phillips 66, Curtis Mathis, Keebler, Pillsbury, Union Carbide, and RCA.

In 2005 he was Director of Business Development for Catalyst Direct, in Rochester, NY, where he also served on the Executive Committee.

Currently Ed is Managing Director for the MEDtegrity healthcare linen & uniform service network with Navocate Consulting.
